About Us
Utility Energy Services (UES) delivers energy efficiency programs for utility customers across Georgia. Our Manufactured Homes program provides no-cost energy upgrades that help residents lower utility bills and improve home comfort. We’re looking for an Outreach Coordinator to connect with manufactured home communities and help residents take advantage of the program.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, attend, and oversee outreach events at manufactured home communities
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and community owners to schedule events and secure participation
- Engage directly with residents to explain the program, answer questions, and encourage sign-ups
- Coordinate event prep, including phone calls to tenants, flyer distribution, and scheduling
- Work with field and scheduling teams to make sure interested residents get enrolled and served
- Track outreach activity, event results, and contacts in our systems
- Represent UES professionally and build trust in the communities we serve
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in community outreach, customer service, sales, property management, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with residents face to face
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple events and follow-ups
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the region
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM or scheduling tools)
- Some evening or weekend availability for events
Preferred
- Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred)
- Experience working with manufactured housing, affordable housing, or utility programs
