  • Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
  • Employment Status: Full-time

Tifton and Statesboro GA

Hybrid (field and office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Outreach Supervisor to lead the execution of community events that generate production for our Manufactured Home channel. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend significant time in the field overseeing event execution and canvassing teams, while partnering closely with our Outreach Coordinator and Field Operations Manager to keep monthly event targets, staffing plans, and install KPIs on track.

You’ll serve as the day-to-day leader for outreach staff, providing strategic direction on canvassing targets, event coverage, and customer engagement. Your success will be measured by event throughput, lead-to-install conversion, and the consistency with which our manufactured home communities are reached, engaged, and served.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee community event execution to drive production into the Manufactured Home channel, ensuring events run on schedule, on plan, and on brand
  • Partner directly with the Outreach Coordinator to ensure monthly event targets are met, calendars are filled, and every event is properly staffed and resourced
  • Provide strategic direction to field staff on canvassing targets, neighborhood prioritization, install KPIs, and daily production goals
  • Work closely with the Field Operations Manager to align outreach activity with installation capacity, scheduling windows, and program commitments
  • Track and analyze outreach KPIs, including events held, leads generated, lead-to-install conversion, canvassing productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Shadow outreach staff at events and in the field to observe performance, model customer interactions, and provide real-time coaching
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for outreach team members on pitch, product, compliance, and program requirements
  • Manage event logistics, including materials, signage, giveaways, and equipment allocation across multiple sites
  • Report results and trends to internal stakeholders and program managers, and recommend adjustments to targeting, staffing, or messaging
  • Identify operational improvements and implement process changes to boost team efficiency and conversion outcomes
  • Address performance issues, conduct regular check-ins, and build a positive, accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience supervising or leading field teams in community outreach, canvassing, door-to-door sales, energy efficiency, weatherization, utilities, or a related residential services field
  • Demonstrated success driving event-based or canvassing production, including hitting monthly volume and conversion targets
  • Strong understanding of how outreach activity translates into installs, and how to coach a team to improve conversion
  • Proven ability to track KPIs and turn data into actionable coaching and operational decisions
  • Experience coordinating event logistics, staffing schedules, and field workflows across multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a track record of developing outreach or canvassing staff
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing field time with administrative responsibilities
  • Proficiency with CRM or lead-management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to events and job sites
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working in or with manufactured home communities
  • Experience with utility-sponsored programs or energy efficiency outreach
  • Familiarity with territory planning and canvassing tools

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of $65,000 – $70,000
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life insurance
