- Shadow technicians in the field to observe performance, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and provide real-time coaching
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires, and deliver ongoing development for existing team members on tools, techniques, and program requirements
- Manage field inventory, including stock levels, equipment allocation, and ordering of energy efficiency measures and materials
- Track and report install rates and energy savings performance to internal stakeholders and program managers
- Partner with Program Managers and the Field Operations Manager to align field activities with program targets, timelines, and customer commitments
- Identify operational improvements and implement process changes to boost team efficiency and savings outcomes
- Address performance issues, conduct regular check-ins, and support a positive, accountable team culture

- Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, installation practices, and savings calculations
- Proven ability to track KPIs and turn data into actionable coaching and operational decisions
- Experience with inventory management and field operations workflows
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a track record of developing technicians and improving team performance
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing field time with administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency with field management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
